To celebrate the first ever Kendal Pride, Kendal Mountain Festival is proudly supporting an evening of Queer-led films.

Get Kendal Pride started at About Time Espresso Bar with a couple of cocktails and the chance to make queer connections.

Join Rag and Tag for some free eco-arts activities for families, and spend a day playing with things that you might throw away.

Put on your walking boots and explore the River Kent and Kendal Castle on a 10km walk with Lakes Queer Adventures.

Join us in the garden at The Brewery Arts for our Pride Village, with stalls, space to meet or enjoy a drink or some food from the bar and restaurant.

Join Lakes Gravel Gang for a mixed terrain route from Kendal along quiet lanes and off road tracks with a cafe stop at Levens Hall.

Explore and celebrate you through collage in this free zine making workshop for all ages.

Join Out In Kendal (OinK) in the Warehouse Café for a young people’s Pride social, safe space and games.

Join Dr Cath Munro for interactive discussion covering some key areas around the menopause, bone health, nutrition, and more.

Board an open top bus and experience this one-woman comedy musical premiering at Kendal Pride.

Lace up your trainers and enjoy a 7km run with Lakes Queer Adventures, taking in the Serpentine Woods and Kendal Castle.

Take a wild dip in England’s largest lake – Windermere – with experienced open water swimmers, plus connect with the natural environment as we join together to plunge in for Pride.
