Join Sophie for a friendly and inclusive 5-6km run a long the beautiful River Kent. Great wildlife spotting opportunities with a mixture of easy off road paths, fields and tarmacs. There are a few stiles. Opportunity for a pub drink to rehydrate afterwards.
Meet at the back of the Leisure Centre in the ‘fenced pen’ on the canal path.
