Chi Gong – Similar to Tai Chi, these gentle movements help your precious energy, or chi, flow freely for lasting health and wellbeing.

Zoe will lead this meditation in motion with graceful and flowing exercises done mainly while standing. Enhance your vitality and find inner peace.

Chi Gong promotes flexibility, strength, balance and a deep sense of connection and wellbeing.

You’ll also learn key shiatsu/acupressure points for health and happiness.

Everybody very welcome, no experience needed.

Best to wear comfy layers to easily warm up and cool down in and so we can start a class outside if the weather’s kind to us ☀️

You can bring a mat and blanket if you have one but they’re not essential.
