Join Zoe to practice simple and transformative guided meditations for more presence of mind, self-connection and awareness.

Regular mindful meditation practice can give essential support in challenging times and deeply enriches our enjoyment of the good experiences. Meditation can be done sitting, lying, standing or walking – your choice.

You’ll also learn key shiatsu/acupressure points for health and happiness

Everybody is very welcome, no experience needed.

Best to wear comfy layers to easily warm up and cool down in and so we can start a class outside if the weather’s kind to us ☀️

You can bring a mat and blanket if you have one but they’re not essential.
