Strength and Kettlebells

Being aware of and creating strength / tension in the body, and lifting heavy weights (kettlebells).
Wear comfortable clothing to move around in and bring a mat, a blanket and water bottle.
Please inform Lou of any medical issues that she needs to be aware of.
The class is suitable for all and Lou will happily adapt as needed, including those who need to be seated.
